Introduction
SMILE III Revolving Fund offers financial support to manufacturing and related service industries. SMILE III Revolving Fund is a loan program aimed at providing financial assistance to the manufacturing sector and industries related to services. It is funded by repayments from the SMILE lll loan project, managed by the Ministry of Enterprise Development and Investment Promotion.
