Loan Scheme launched by the Coconut Cultivation Board (CCB) which provides investment capital for coconut land development and related areas.

Key Features of ‘Kapruka Ayojana’ Credit Scheme
- Maximum Loan amount – Up to Rs. 10 Mn
- Repayment Period - Up to 5 years including max.18 months grace
- Interest Rate - 8.00% p.a.
Eligibility
Areas for which credit is provided,
- Coconut New Planting with Intercropping, Soil and Moisture Conservation, Fertilizing & Maintenance, and Crop protection.
- Coconut replanting with Intercropping, Soil and Moisture Conservation, Fertilizing & Maintenance, and Crop protection.
- Intercropping, Soil and Moisture Conservation, Fertilizing & Maintenance, and Crop protection in Coconut based farming systems
- Fertilizing, Mulching, Soil & Moisture Conservation, Mulching, Establishment of cover crops, removing excess plants, filling vacancies and crop protection
- Coconut mono-cropping, Soil and Moisture Conservation, Fertilizing, Mulching and crop protection
- Establishment of Agro Wells, tube Wells, Deep wells, Water pumps , Drip systems for coconut - intercrop farming system.
- Establishment of Agro Wells, Tube Wells, Deep wells, Drag Hose pipe irrigation systems for coconut intercrop farming systems.
- Establishment and maintain of nurseries for supplying planting materials for intercrops.
- Provision of Farm Machineries for Coconut-Intercrop Farming Systems
- Construction of Cattle Shed, Purchasing of Animals & Equipment
- Construction of Sheep /Goat Sheds & Purchasing of animals and Equipment
- Establishment of crop protection measures in coconut lands
- Special project loan facility for Coconut based farming systems subject to following;
- Projects for over 50 acres
- Projects be outside A to L categories
- Should be assessed by a technical committee on viability of the project
