Launch of Mcash Project at SMIB

“State Mortgage & Investment Bank, in collaboration with SLT Mobitel, has jointly launched the Mcash project. This initiative allows customers visiting the bank’s branches to conveniently make various day-to-day payments, such as insurance premiums, leasing installments, utility bills, and university fees. As part of the bank’s broader digitalization efforts, more services are expected to be introduced in the future. These initiatives are being carried out under the leadership of the Bank’s Chairman, Mr. Maheel Kuragama, and General Manager, Mr. Thushara Asuramanne”
