The eligible candidate should possess:

Attorney-at-Law Notarial License with not less than 10 year experience in the Civil Courts and Notarial work (English & Sinhala/Tamil).

Litigation;

• Drafting and filing legal action and other pleadings in the Civil courts of first instance and Appellate courts
• Appearance in Civil courts of first instance and Appellate courts
• Conducting Trials, Ex-parte Trials and Inquiries
• Representing the bank in all legal matters

Notary Practice;

• Conducting title searches at various Land Registries
• Preparing Title Reports and Pedigrees
• Drafting, Executing and Registration of Deeds at various Land Registries
• Attending all matters related to Land Registries

General Conditions

The Bank itself serves the right to accept or reject any application for registration without assigning reasons.

Closing date for applications: 13.08.2024

Those who have already being enrolled with the bank will also be required to re-apply.
