Eligibility
- Salaried Category
- Age between 18 to 55 years.
- Minimum service of 01 years in the current employment.
- Should be a permanent employee with a minimum monthly salary of Rs.50, 000/-
- Professionals
- Qualified professional with three years post-qualified experience, a member of a recognized body, earning non-salary income.
- An applicant with partial qualifications from a professional body, holding a diploma or postgraduate diploma (or equivalent) in a relevant field from a recognized institute, along with five years of experience, and earning income from sources other than a salary.
- Age between l8 to 55 years.
- If self – employed
- Age between 18 to 60 years.
- Should be a registered member of the respective governing body of the profession/work.
- Minimum regular disposable monthly income should be Rs.50, 000/-.
- Business
- Businesses duly registered in Sri Lanka, with a proven income / repayment capacity and capable to fulfil other legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Features
- Interest Rate – 13% - 18.5% ( Fixed and variable rates available)
- Repayment Period – 3 to 7 years
