Eligibility Criteria

• Resident, Sri Lankan Citizen
• Age between 18 -70 years
• Salaried employees or business owners/self-employed individuals
• Sri Lankans employed overseas

Documents Required

Salaried

• Duly completed Loan application.
• Letter from the employer confirming employment and salary details
• Bank statements for the past 6 months where salary is being credited at present
• Salary slips for the past 3 months

Entrepreneurs / Self Employed

• Duly completed Loan application.
• A proven track record of income/business revenue
• Any other documentary evidence to prove additional income

Property documents

• Latest registered title Transfer Deed / Title Certificate (whichever applicable).
• Copy of the approved Survey Plan
• Copy of the approved Building Plan (to purchase /construct a house)
• Proof for the purpose of loan
• ALocal authority documents obtained within last 6 months (Street Line Certificate, Non-Vesting Certificate)
• Copy of the receipt of the tax rates paid for the most recent quarter
• Confirmation letter from the Grama Niladhari division applicable to the land/property
• Letter/affidavit from the tenant (If applicable)
• If the property to be mortgaged is a Condominium Property the documents may vary on a case by case basis)
