ASSISTANT MANAGER - LOGISTICS

The overall purpose of the job is to provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the logistics and Administration division of the Bank.  Responsible for organizing and submitting orders to vendors, and handling order processing communications/requests. Preparation and follow-up documents according to the Procurement guidelines issued. This position will also be responsible for inventory management.

 

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or any equivalent qualification from a UGC recognized university/institution.

 

Experience

03 years of executive experience in supply chain operations/logistics in a reputed organization.  Experience in logistics in a Bank would be a definite advantage. The candidate should have good communication, problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills to work independently and handle multiple projects while leading and managing staff.

 

Remuneration

Salary Scale: Rs.63,185 – 1,270 x 20- 88,585  per month together with the Bank approved allowances.

 

Age: Not more than 40 years (The age limit will not however apply to those already employed in a state sector organization)

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (IT)

Overall purpose of the job is to improve business processes using Information Technology, plan, implement and optimize all IT resources and operational functions in the IT Department while providing leadership to the entire IT drive of the Bank.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Computer Engineering or equivalent qualification in IT from a recognized university/ recognized professional institute. Master’s Degree in IT related field along with the above qualifications will be a distinct advantage. Certified in Advanced Information Technology is preferred.

 

Experience

Overall 12 years’ experience in IT in a Banking or Financial Institute of which a minimum of 05 years at senior management level.

Further, the candidate should have in-depth knowledge of IBM AS/400 systems, Java, Dotnet and Oracle. Skills in IT Project management and Cyber security will be an advantage. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.

 

Remuneration

Salary Scale: Rs.158,890 - 4,935 x 12 - 218,110 per month together with Bank approved allowances.

 

Age: Not more than 45 years (The age limit will not however apply to those already employed in a state sector organization)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

OR

Any Bachelor’s Degree in Management and an Associate membership of a professional Marketing Institution.

Experience

Overall Eight years’ experience in Marketing with three years of executive experience in a reputed organization. Marketing Experience in a Financial Institution would be a distinct advantage.

Remuneration

Salary Scale- Rs.94,065-2150x20-137,065 per month together with bank approved allowances.
